Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Q3da mobile application, developed and operated by ZO3BI, Kuwait ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using Q3da, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. About Q3da

Q3da is a social entertainment application that provides a collection of games designed primarily for groups of people playing together.

Q3da is intended for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes.

We may add, remove, modify, or discontinue games, features, content, or other parts of Q3da at any time.

2. Eligibility

Q3da is intended for users aged 13 and older.

By using Q3da, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirements for using the app in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

Q3da does not currently require users to create an account.

If account functionality is introduced in the future, additional terms may apply and these Terms may be updated accordingly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Q3da only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Use Q3da in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to interfere with, damage, disrupt, or compromise the operation or security of Q3da.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or services associated with Q3da.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute Q3da except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Q3da or its original content without authorization from ZO3BI.
• Use Q3da in a manner that infringes the rights of ZO3BI or any third party.

5. Games and Entertainment Content

Q3da contains games, questions, challenges, words, prompts, and other entertainment content.

Game content is provided for entertainment purposes only.

Some games may involve guessing, competition, deception, discussion, acting, trivia, or similar social activities. Players are responsible for how they choose to participate and interact with one another while using Q3da.

We may modify, replace, add, or remove game content at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

Q3da, including its original software, design, branding, graphics, interface, game content, text, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to ZO3BI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Q3da name, logo, branding, and other identifying elements may not be copied or used without permission from ZO3BI.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Q3da or any of its intellectual property to you.

7. Advertising

Q3da may display advertisements through third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.

Advertisements displayed within Q3da may be personalized where permitted and where the appropriate consent has been obtained.

Third-party advertisements, products, websites, and services are provided by their respective third parties. ZO3BI is not responsible for the content, availability, products, services, or practices of third-party advertisers.

Your interaction with an advertisement or third-party service is between you and the relevant third party.

8. Availability and Updates

We aim to keep Q3da available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

Q3da may occasionally require maintenance or updates.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Q3da without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

9. Disclaimer

Q3da is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

• Q3da will always function without interruption or errors.
• All content will always be accurate or complete.
• Q3da will be compatible with every device or operating system.
• Every feature or game will remain available permanently.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZO3BI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, Q3da.

You are responsible for your use of Q3da and for interactions between players participating in games.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services

Q3da may rely on or interact with third-party services, including advertising and app distribution services.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their respective terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

Q3da is actively being developed, and we may update these Terms as the app evolves.

If we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.

Your continued use of Q3da after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes relating to these Terms or Q3da will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kuwait, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
